The Seller reserves the right, and therefore without being obliged to give prior notice, to make at any time any changes to its products and to its general conditions of sale that it deems appropriate or to cancel the same. Therefore, in order to avoid any misunderstandings, we invite you to carefully read the following conditions of sale every time you decide to purchase any product.
The Purchaser is responsible for all identification data provided to the Seller such as: Company name, registered office, tax code, VAT number, etc., specifically required under current legislation. The Purchaser's personal data will be processed in accordance with the European Regulation No. 679/2016(c.d. "GDPR"). In this regard, we invite you to read the "Privacy Policy" contained in our website.

CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS
The goods that may be purchased from our site in accordance with the terms indicated below are taps and fittings. The aforementioned goods have the following characteristics: the entire production range of the company Newe SRL is fully manufactured in accordance with ergonomic and functional criteria and with top quality processes and materials that respect the environment. All products are in fact recyclable.
PRICE
The unit price of each individual product can be found on our website under the indication of the products themselves. The unit price of the goods is exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. The determination of the price stated on our website shall be valid and binding until it is subsequently amended and supplemented.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and updated as products are added or removed.
ORDERS
The information contained in the website does not constitute an offer, but is merely an invitation to propose. Your orders shall have the effect of an irrevocable proposal. Newe SRL reserves the right to accept them within ten working days, in whole or in part, by sending you a confirmation e -mail message, which will in any case contain a confirmation of the conditions below. The sales contracts shall be deemed concluded when you receive the aforesaid confirmation message. Please print out and keep the confirmation e -mail. The written order confirmation may also be forwarded, upon request to be sent by e -mail, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or Pec.
DELIVERIES
The delivery terms provided are not binding, but merely indicate the average period of time required to deliver the products. Partial deliveries are always permitted. Any delay in shipment of the goods or partial execution of the order shall not entitle the Purchaser to refuse the goods or to change the conditions. The provisions of law shall be re called for cases of total or partial inability to supply. No charge shall be recognized for penalties for late delivery or for any other cause, in the absence of a specific agreement signed by the Seller at the time of order acceptance. The Purchaser, upon delivery of the material, must check and control the quantity and type of material received: any complaints in this regard must reach the Seller within 8 days. Delivery is understood to be made at the place of production with the return of the goods to the carrier. The goods, with or without packaging, always travel at the Purchaser's risk and danger and the Seller's responsibility ceases at the moment of delivery to the carrier. From that moment, all risks are transferred to the Purchaser and the costs of storage, custody and maintenance are also at the Purchaser's expense. The shipment shall be carried out in the manner deemed most appropriate by the Seller, who shall not accept any claim, whatever it may be, from the Purchaser. In the event that the goods are considered to be collected by the Purchaser, the latter must provide for this within the mandatory term of 5 days from the communication of their availability. Failing this, the Seller shall provide for the shipment in the manner it deems most appropriate, carriage forward, without prejudice to any responsibility for what is set forth in the present article.
PAYMENT
Payment for purchases on the website shall be made by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.) including prepaid cards e.g. postepay). The payment gateway used by Newe Design on the website is Stripe or by Bank Transfer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated sales contract , within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods, without penalty and without having to specify the reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must send a written notice to that effect to the head office of Newe SRL via delle Cave 23 Frazione Alzo, Pella(NO)by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or Pec: newe@pec.it Also within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, the Purchaser must return to Newe SRL by dispatch by his courier to the address indicated above, at his own care, responsibility and expense, the products delivered to him , intact and in their original packaging; otherwise, the withdrawal shall become ineffective. Subject to compliance with the above, Newe SRL shall refund the amount the Purchaser may have paid, free of charge, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 working days from when the Seller will receive the Purchaser’s declaration of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal shall remain excluded if the goods to be returned are not substantially intact and in a normal state of preservation.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported within 8 days of their discovery. The Seller will replace all products found to be defective free of charge, provided that they are returned ex Seller's warehouse and the replacement is authorized. All direct or indirect consequences deriving from incorrect use of the products or their incorrect installation and any modification, of any nature whatsoever, carried out by the purchaser on the products supplied by Newe SRL are excluded; with them also all compensation claimed for the cost of labour and replacement of damaged products.
WARRANTY
Newe SRL guarantees all its products against manufacturing defects as follows: 5-year warranty for defects on cartridges and headvalves (remember that the wear of these components depends on the quality of the water) 5- year warranty on the chrome plated finish 2-year warranty for defects on all other finishes. In order to benefit from the warranty, the Seller recommends that the Purchaser keeps his receipt or other proof of purchase date and attach it to the warranty coupon. The warranty is limited to the free replacement of those parts that, due to manufacturing defects, lead to malfunctioning, provided that this is not due to carelessness, negligence, incorrect maintenance, improper installation, intervention by unskilled people or force majeure. Defective materials must be returned together with the warranty card and a copy of the purchase receipt. This warranty excludes the Seller’s liability for all consequences arising from improper use or installation of his materials.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Pursuant to the EU Regulation No. 679/2016 (so -called "GDPR"), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable National Data Protection Law, personal data provided by customers are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Law. These data will be processed using procedures that guarantee security and privacy. The data will be processed for commercial purposes within the scope of and as a function of the execution of the stipulated contracts. Personal data may be communicated to third parties in Italy or abroad, for the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes.
APPLICABLE LAW
This contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation and execution of the contract shall be decided by the Judicial Authority where the Seller's registered office is located, which is recognized by the parties as the sole Competent Court.
Instruction for care
Periodical maintenance of the taps will contribute to keep them beautiful and efficient for long time. We suggest to dry taps with a soft cloth or with a buck skin so to avoid the formation of calcareous stains. The cleaning must be done with a liquid soap and water .Do not use liquid detergents containing abrasive or acids , abrasive sponges ,vinegar ,ammonia , acetone ,bleach ,domestic acids or any kind of disinfectants . The above products cannot also be used for the cleaning of the sanitary ware next to the installed taps. Water contains lime, which is retained on the surface of the fitting leaving unpleasant marks. You can prevent lime-marks from forming by getting into the habit of always wiping the fitting dry immediately after use. In this way , your fitting will always be clean and aesthetically in good conditions. Should it become necessary to clean the fitting , all that is required to remove minor marks is to wipe it over with a wet, soapy cloth or flannel, rinse off and wipe dry with a towel.
